Mark’s introduction to the Home Watch industry was born from a personal incident involving a friend in London. A trusted neighbor was tasked with watching over the clients’ home while they were away, but unforeseen circumstances—COVID, a family illness—led to a shocking discovery upon their return. Their once-beloved sanctuary had been tarnished. This incident became the catalyst for Zelta Home Watch—a business forged out of necessity and realization that there were needs for reliable, trustworthy home care.
