We are here for you no matter if you are away from home, on vacation, a secondary home or just cannot take care of your home. As with any partnership, we believe there are many attributes that contribute to success, but the keys are communication and transparency.

We will conduct a complete visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your property. We will become your second pair of eyes and make sure your home is maintained. 

We work with every client to customize a checklist that best suits their needs, including (but not limited to) general maintenance on landscaping, pest control, all lighting (exterior and interior), all faucets/toilets and checking for mold/leaks/excessive dirt on walls/ceilings/vents/windows. Storm services: pre and post, associated with storms.

We meet with you to customize a storm plan, we will immediately schedule your home for a pre-storm visit that will include moving outdoor furniture, potted plants and installing storm shutters. We will document all activities and provide a detailed report with pictures, if necessary.
